Who doesn’t dream of a clean, healthy skin ? A sparkly, oil and dry free , amazing skin is a condition all of us want but don’t really know how to achieve. The key to our goal is a must do ; night routine.
Yes ! The night routine we usually skip because of tiredness is the key to have the skin we want to. But how to do a night routine ?

This is what we hear and read everywhere. On your first step of night routine, clean your face deeply from makeup. No matter how cliche it is, it will prevent closed pores, oil, blackheads and acne. Even more importantly, no matter how healthy ingredients, cosmetics still contain a risky amount of chemicals. Chemicals can cause permenant damages to your skin and severe diseases. So clean your face with either pure water or a natural cleaner. Do not forget, the path to healthy skin goes through hygene.
2.Your Skin Needs Love Too !
You didn’t read wrong.Your skin needs real love from you. But how will you show it? The must do in a night routine is increasing your blood pressure and refresh the skin. You can easily do this with your fingers. Massage your face gently and regularly. So your face will be ready for the next step. It will react faster with any product used after. Plus refreshed cells will help you look stronger.
3.Cleanser, Toner, Moisturizer !

Never forget this trio if you want to have the skin of your dreams. A night routine is never complete without them. On first step, cleanser must never be forgotten. You must pick the right one for your skin type. Milky ones, bubbles, gels or many more forms. You cleaned your makeup. Massaged your face.
After doing the necesarry cleaning, remember your face needs to tighthen. On this step, use your toner and apply with a cotton pad. It’s useful to remind you can benefit from natural toners as well. Rose juice, soda, vinegar is in the list. You can use these if you don’t already own a toner.
On the last step, we have the moisturizer. Dry or oily you skin needs moisture. When you wake up, you will feel the moisturize and sofness. You need to be careful on picking the right moisturizer for your skin type. If you have an oily skin you must use products that will balance the oil and not cause extra oil. If you have a dry skin, you must use protective ones. To summarize, this trio of cleanser, toner and moisturizer is the key.
4.Peeling and Mask !
Even tho it’s not with us every night like the trio, we need to add these classics to our weekly care routine. Peeling is important to remove dead skin cells and blackheads. You need to apply this gently with the right product for you. Otherwise peeling will cause irritation. If you have acnes, stay away from big peeling particulars and do not apply on the problemed areas. It will cause acnes spread. On the mask side, you must figure out what your skin needs first. If you complain about dryness, go for moisturizing ones, if you complain about extra oil, go for balancing ones. You must not forget the tones after both applications. Both applications will open your pores and you need to tighthen them.
You can achieve your dream, healthy and clean skin if you apply all these regularly. Of ourse, do not forget to drink a glass of water before bed.
